On March 27, ERTS delegates from the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Ireland gathered in Shanghai, sharing the successful experience, advanced technologies and ideas in the development of European towns, and discussing the reference significance for feature town construction in China. NITA Design Group, as the contact company of this program, also shared its concept and experience in the Chinese feature Shanghai town design and construction. In the morning of March 28, delegates went to Fengjing Town and communicated with the local government concerning the town construction and management, cultural and industrial features exploration and inheritance.
